4DM Training
INVIA believes in comprehensive training for all new 4DM customers. Our certified product specialists come to you and your team to provide face-to-face and hands-on training. Outside of North America training is on-line.
Our specialists:
Prep with the lead tech or cardiologist to customize training prior to coming on-site.
Once on-site, start with the lead cardiologist to optimally configure 4DM for your specific workflows and use cases.
Meet individually or in-pairs with each technologist and doctor for hands-on training/ refresher/ Q&A.
Train your network administrator on setup, database maintenance, preference distribution and more.
Acquaint the appropriate members of your team with our online Customer Center, so they can familiarize themselves with helpful resources available.
Existing customers also find strong benefit in 4DM training for their new employees, refreshers for all in conjunction with a 4DM upgrade, and with the addition of a new camera or protocol.
NOTE- On-site training for all new sales and upgrades of 3+ versions are conducted in person, at your site, for greater effectiveness, in the United States and Canada. Virtual training is conducted in English.
