Description:
This study validated a new 4D-MSPECT algorithm for automatic semi-quantitative scoring of myocardial wall thickening and motion, designed to provide objective and reproducible assessment of regional ventricular function.
Clinical Relevance:
Accurate quantification of wall thickening and motion is essential for evaluating regional ventricular function and myocardial viability. The 4D-MSPECT algorithm demonstrated excellent agreement with expert visual interpretation, supporting its use for consistent, automated functional scoring in clinical and research settings.
