This study compares the estimation of diastolic parameters, specifically peak filling and emptying rates, between planar imaging and gated blood pool SPECT (GBPS) using 4D-MSPECT software.

Clinical Relevance:
The strong correlation between planar and GBPS measurements highlights the potential of GBPS to enhance the assessment of diastolic function in patients with heart failure, expanding its clinical utility in evaluating systolic and diastolic dysfunction.
