Description:
The objective of this study was to optimize the 4DM SPECT MFR software application for consistent MBF estimation on the DNM 530c camera from GE Healthcare within the known limitations of currently available radiopharmaceuticals.
Clinical Relevance:
SPECT MBF and MFR were validated on the DNM 530c camera using 4DM with PET MBF as a reference standard.
