Description:
This study evaluated the reproducibility of quantitative gated SPECT (QGS) myocardial perfusion data processed with 3-D MSPECT across different imaging systems. The goal was to determine whether 3-D MSPECT could provide consistent left ventricular (LV) function measurements independent of imaging hardware variability.

Clinical Relevance:
Reliable reproducibility across imaging systems ensures that quantitative perfusion and functional results from gated SPECT are comparable regardless of camera type or acquisition platform. This consistency is critical for multi-center studies, serial patient follow-up, and cross-platform clinical use of 4D-MSPECT software.
